Homestarts has contributed over $7,000 to Rooftops Canada towards their international development work to improve housing conditions and build sustainable communities in disadvantaged communities in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe.

In 2016, Homestarts donated $12,826.00 to Rooftops Canada.  The proceeds were collected during Homestarts' 40th Anniversary Celebration event.  Donations were collected in additional to an auction with items provided by service providers and supporters of the co-op movement.
